The Treatment Research Institute provides the DENS ASI Software to treatment programs and researchers interested in entering into a research collaboration agreement with TRI. Please note the software is designed to be installed on individual PCs, and cannot be networked. The fee is $25.75 covering the cost of CD production and shipping & handling. (PA residents: add sales tax for a total fee of $27.55). To request a copy of the software:

1. Draft a Letter of Intent on your organization’s letterhead that explains how you plan to use the software, with what population, a brief description of your program, and your phone and fax numbers.

2. Address the letter to Dr. Deni Carise, Treatment Systems Section Director.

3. Mail it and your check (made out to Treatment Research Institute) to TRI, attention of Mary Lou Cardell, at 600 Public Ledger Building, 150 S. Independence Mall West, Philadelphia, PA 19106-3475.

When we receive your letter and check, we will fax you a Letter of Agreement. Once you complete and return your signed Letter of Agreement, we will mail out the software with installation instructions and a User’s Manual. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing of your request.
